Team Order Eligibility and Discount

Orders consisting of more than 10 pieces of medical apparel qualify as team orders.
Depending on the order quantity, a discount of 15% to 20% will be applied. Specific discount rates will be determined based on the total quantity ordered.
Customization and Returns
Customization:
Customization options are available for team orders, including color, size, embroidery, and design features.
Customized items are made to your specifications and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect or error in the customization process.
No Return Policy for Customized Orders:
Customized items (with any form of customization) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the customization process.
Please ensure all customization details are accurate before finalizing your order, as changes cannot be made once production begins.

Delivery and Shipping

Customized team orders typically require 15 - 20 business days for production after order confirmation.
Standard shipping times apply following production completion. Expedited shipping options are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the order. The total shipping cost will be included in the final invoice.
